Presenters: 

Jalonda N. Thompson, M.Ed., MBA, is a doctoral student in the Leadership and Decision-Making program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an adjunct faculty member at Salem College. She holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from Salem College. With over 20 years of experience as a higher education professional, she has held various leadership roles in both academic affairs and student affairs. Her previous roles have been in TRiO Student Support Services, Women in Engineering Program, academic advising, multicultural affairs, student leadership, and residence life.
