This roundtable discussion provide participants with the opportunity to share and discover the experiences of working professionals who identify under the neurodivergent umbrella. Conversation will center on navigating support structures in higher education systems. Roundtable participants will leave with two suggestions for empowering themselves and/or neurodivergent colleagues. This webinar is presented by ACPA's Coalition for Disability (CD).

Faith Edwards is an Academic Coach at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Faith does not hold any neurodivergent identities but considers herself an ally of individuals who do. With a background in elementary education, Faith strives to bring the same awareness and support from the classroom to the working world. Advocacy does not stop in the classroom; it extends to every area of life.
 
Mia Pearson-Loomis is a Senior Academic Coach at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Like many assigned female at birth, she was not diagnosed with ADHD until she was 27 years old, nearly five years into her higher education career. Now, Mia is dedicated to supporting students and colleagues through a disability-informed lens. Mia works to not only improve accessibility and equity, but quality of life for all at work and school.
