ACPA General Access and Accommodations Form

The ACPA General Access and Accommodations Form is for requesting assistance in accessing member benefits associated with ACPA resources and services including but not limited to the following:

  • ACPA Website
  • ACPA Publications
  • ACPA Career Center
  • ACPA Communications and Social Media
  • Any other needs that are not directly related to an in-person or virtual event

Once a form is submitted you should get a response from the designated International Office staff within two (2) business days with more information about the request and if able, a plan and timeline for accomodation. Please note that some requests may take up to two (2) weeks to fully process and confirm, therefore it is encouraged for individuals to submit requests early or as soon as they know they need support.
