In this session, two disabled scholar-practitioners will provide a topical overview of current trends within college/university disability services and why they matter to your functional area. Topics discussed will include: supporting students with psychiatric disabilities, navigating housing accommodation requests, changes in assistive technology, supporting neurodivergent students and incorporating universal design. This session is designed to provide a macro level overview of emerging themes within Disability Services for participants who may not be as familiar with the functional area. This webinar is presented by ACPA's Coalition for Disability (CD).
