Session Description

In this session, presenters and attendees will explore the ways investments in whiteness and white dominance shape approaches to supervision of staff in higher education, identify new ways to approach supervision that can divest from whiteness and invest in cultivating equitable and just workplaces, and create accountability plans to deepen understanding and applying learning to their supervision moving forward. Identify the ways white supremacy culture informs their current approaches to supervision.

Registration Policies
