The Georgia College Personnel Association (GCPA) is excited to host an in-person conference experience at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia on Thursday, 9 October-Friday, 10 October 2025. This year's conference theme is "Georgia on My Mind: Celebrating Excellence in Higher Education." This annual conference will engage participants in conversation and learning around the conference themes of celebrating the work in higher education and digging into our Georgia roots. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect and share the work we do, lessons we have learned, and ways we are continuing to evolve and innovate. All professionals and graduate students working to support higher education in Georgia are invited to attend!

We are excited to welcome Dr. Jonathan A. McElderry, ACPA 86th President and Dean of Student Inclusive Excellence & Assistant Professor, Elon University, as our keynote speaker for this year's conference.

Call for Proposals

GCPA is now accepting program proposals for our 2025 conference themed "Georgia on My Mind: Celebrating Excellence in Higher Education." Please submit your proposal by Friday, 22 August 2025; program presenters will be notified by Friday, 5 September 2025.
